BUILDING PROCESS OF
THE TITAN ARGO CAB
The building process starts with our CNC tubing bender which eliminates almost all the
square corners in the design .The use of bent corners over welded corners increases
the total strength of the Titan Cab.

After the frame is welded it is moved to the skinning department where the outside
skins are glued on using the same product that trailer manufacturers have been using
for years which gives a smooth outside finish  without rivets.

After the skinning, the Cab is prepared for the finish paint. This is a 6 step process
which starts with a chemical wipe down, then sanded  and sprayed  with  DuPont
primer. We then sand again and  prime with  the Speedliner 450 primer. After it has
dried we then spray the finish coat of Speedliner polyurethane with Kevlar mixed in
making it one of the hardest coating  available.

We then install windows and wire (if requested) and that completes the Cab.
